Position : Guest Experience Manager

We are looking for profiles and CVs of Guest Experience Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Duties:

  • Supervise and lead employees ;
  • Understand guest needs ;
  • Support handling complaints ;
  • Deliver an exceptional Guest experience ;
  • Manage Guest flow and wait times ;
  • Manage the Guest Experience team ;
  • Monitor team performance ;
  • Ensure that guests get the best possible experience ;
  • Manage reservations calls ;
  • Make the recommendations to enhance operational needs.
Required profile for job ad : Guest Experience Manager
  • College Degree or equivalent ;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field ;
  • Strong managerial experience ;
  • Time management skills ;
  • Natural communicator.
