Position Purpose
- We are looking for a Sales Director, Tanzania. The incumbent will be responsible for managing sales & distribution of the tobacco brands in Tanzania.
- Key business objectives of the role include; Volume, Profit & Market share growth delivery, Managing & leading a sales team of 25 people, managing our distributor partners to ensure excellent execution of sales, distribution & trade marketing programmes in line with industry standards & regulations.
- The incumbent shall report directly to the Managing Director, Tanzania.
Required profile for job ad : Tobacco Sales Director Requirements
- University Degree or its equivalent
- 12- 15 years’ experience in sales & distribution /channel management/ field Tobacco trade marketing.
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in MS Office and marketing standards in tobacco industry is a plus.
